Do not twist forcefully. If you frequently put on and take off your glasses with one hand, the uneven stress on the frame can easily cause deformation. Therefore, it's best to develop the habit of using both hands to put on and take off your glasses. Regularly check the screws on the frame for looseness. If you find any loose screws, tighten them immediately to prevent lenses from falling out and breaking. If the frame becomes deformed, have it repaired at an optician immediately.

Do not wear other people's glasses. Everyone's eyeglass lens prescription, the distance between the optical centers of the two lenses, and the distance from the nose pad to the lens are different. Therefore, do not wear other people's glasses to avoid affecting your vision.

Avoid strenuous exercise. Strenuous exercise may break the glasses and cause eye injury.

Not too loose or too tight. The distance between the temples and the curvature of the temples must be appropriate. The glasses should not be too loose or too tight. Your eyes must be directly facing the optical center of the lenses; otherwise, a prismatic effect will occur, causing symptoms such as distorted vision, dizziness, vertigo, eye strain, and fatigue, and even strabismus. High prescription lenses are also suitable. Acetate frames are also suitable for high prescription lenses because the larger frame size can support them.
